why a public advisory committee?

The Public Advisory Committee to the Long-Range Plan is made up of a group of transportation experts and enthusiasts, transit stakeholders, community groups, and citizens. Their role is to scrutinize the plan and plan process in detail and ensure that Metro's proposed plan is a true reflection of the diverse needs of the St. Louis region.
